YNV Group had already implemented D365 Finance & SCM for legal entities and planning to implement for other group companies and for this looking to do a Business Requirement Study to document the current process and customization and provide recommendations for improvements, concerns, and deviation from best practice.

The Business Requirement Study (BRS) was completed, encompassing a comprehensive set of modules. These modules include functionalities for General Ledger, Human Resource management, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Asset Leases, Subscription Billing, Expense Management, Project Management, Payroll, Customizations, and Pipeline Management.
The documentation and research on current processes was submitted to the client, highlighting identified drawbacks, as well as incorrect setup and configuration in the system.
